Clean My Space Rates
The CondoClean System
All our cleanings are done by a team of two House Maintenance Managers. Our minimum charge is one working hour (which equates to two hours of cleaning). Our time increases by thirty minute intervals after the first hour.

Costs
Initial Cleaning and Occasional Service
The Initial service or any cleaning done on an occasional basis (less than once per month) is charged $26 per hour per person (team of two, one working hour minimum).
Weekly and Bi-weekly Service
After we have cleaned your space once and become familiar with it, we will be able to provide you with a quote for the following services:
cleanings rendered twice per month or every other week are charged $24 per hour per person (team of two, one working hour minimum)
cleanings rendered on a weekly basis or more are charged $22 per hour per person (team of two, one working hour minimum)
CondoCleanKB

Costs
CondoCleanKB is an abridged service which simply cleans the kitchen and bathrooms. We charge $30 per kitchen, $15 per half bath and $20 per full bath (after an initial cleaning). Once we have cleaned your space initially, we will happily provide a CondoCleanKB quote.
Please note: the interiors of refrigerators and ovens are not cleaned during this service.

Project or Custom Cleaning
We do special cleaning projects, be it carpet cleaning, floor stripping/waxing, window washing, or wall washing. If you have a special request for another job not listed here, we do custom projects as well. We provide fair and quick quotes for such projects. If the project is not within our area of specialty, we will be happy to connect you with a local professional. Please contact a Clean My Space representative for more details on our custom work.
Other Charges
If you require us to provide a vacuum for your service, we levy a vacuum surcharge of $10 per service.
If you do not have products, we would be delighted to purchase products on your behalf and provide you with a receipt. We will charge you the amount on the receipt plus a $10 surcharge for delivery. Clean My Space uses our client’s products and equipment for cleaning.
