Executive Cleaning and Housekeeping Packages If you lead a busy lifestyle which constantly demands your attention, you don't have time to do the little things at home such as the laundry, ironing, changing linens and towels, doing dishes, and tidying up.  Maybe groceries are even hard for you to get around to doing.  You end up spending more on dining out and coming home to a messy and disorganized home.  Clean My Space offers you our Executive Housekeeping Program, called Suite Services, where you get to pick and choose what you would like done by a housekeeper.  Tell us what you need done domestically and let us handle the rest.  Alternatively, you can select any of our services to add to your standard cleaning.  We customize a package for you and help you manage your life. Turn Over Cleanings We get many calls from distressed landlords who have to deal with the wreck that the previous tenants left while moving out coupled with the inability to rent the unit to new tenants because of the state of the condo. That's why we are here! Book us the day after a move out, or before you show prospective tenants the new place. You will be glad you did! To avoid this from happening, suggest to your tenants to book a service with us ahead of time, as per your rental agreement (see below). You can even include this in the lease agreement Here's a sample clause to include in your lease agreement. We are not lawyers so please run this by your legal advisor and create a clause that works for you. The Tenant covenants with the Landlord: to maintain the premises in a state of cleanliness, and upon termination of lease, the Tenant covenants to clean the premises, including the cupboard(s), closet(s), refrigerator(s), stove(s), balcony, kitchen, laundry ensuite, flooring, windows, and bathroom(s), otherwise the Tenant will pay the Landlord for the cost of professional cleaning the unit plus a 15% administration charge. You may offer our contact information to the tenants along with the lease for their reference. Regular Cleanings Incorporated Into Monthly Rent Who better than us to handle your post reno sawdust? After the renovation is done, the first thing to do before moving furniture in is to have your suite cleaned and prepared so that you can show it off proudly. Have us come in to clean up and make your suite ravishing for the big reveal. Please note, we do not do junk or post-construction material removal.

Regular Cleanings Incorporated Into Monthly Rent We work with many landlords and property management companies who include a regularly scheduled cleaning in the monthly rent, and expense it just the same.
